Why not shipping probiotics with temperature protection such as styreofoam and icepack?

How is it not required as per manufacturer? The bottle clearly states it should be stored at 70 degrees or below. I purchased this because of your answer, but it's been shipped during our 75 and 80 degree Texas weather. Heck, it's not even 70 degrees inside my house. My dog needs these to help with kidney disease. If the bacteria are dead, the product is 100% useless.

I have been giving it to my dogs for over a couple years and they are very healthy. I also find that they don’t shed as much and they’re coats are beautiful. One of my dogs is over 14 yo and people always comment on how young he looks.
