These blister cushions worked really well for protecting irritated spots and preventing further rubbing from shoes. The hydrogel material feels soft and cushioning instead of stiff like regular bandages, and they stayed in place surprisingly well even while walking around for long periods. I especially liked using them with new shoes or during days where I knew I’d be on my feet a lot. They also helped reduce discomfort almost immediately by creating a protective barrier over the blister area. The cushions are discreet enough to wear inside most shoes without feeling bulky, and the pack is convenient to keep in a bag or travel kit. pretty cool. These things work really good. Only draw back in tough locations like mine, back of the acelies they are difficult to put on without getting the thin sticky tape on right.

Moving to a climate where sockless footwear is the norm, heels/toes need to acclimate. These cushions are great! Do the trick protecting shoe rubs.
