Scam, don't buy
Scammers, upgraded laptop with low quality ssd and RAM. My laptop stopped working in 20 days. When gave it to hp service centre they said laptop itself is not compatible with 32 gb RAM. Had to pay additional 1000 aed to hp to get it working with 8gb RAM and 512 ssd

Good laptop
08.10.2024 update. After a major software update in september it simply failed. 2 weeks ago died and was not posible to restart it. This laptop is using Intel chip which looks like has problems. I still like HP's laptops but this one was not the best. Next time AMD will replace Intel in all my decisions. In the last 15 years I have used only HP Elitebook, a business laptop and a private one, and I can not say that is perfect but for me is. I'm not using the laptop for playing games. The laptop arrived from US and had to order also a european plug, so few EUR more but is really not expensive. Between EU version and US version are few differences. For EU version I found only with max 16GB but the US version has also 32GB. Another difference I found is that comparing with my business laptop, for this one I do not have Bang&Olufsen sound and missing some sensors but I can live without them. For this 14" variant I do not like where is the power button is next to delete button and you may press by wrong the power button instead of delete, but in time I think that you can learn and avoid this. What I really like is that the connectivity is great, I have even an ethernet port but only one USB-C and 3 time USB-A which is useless in my opinion. I would prefer it 3xUSB-C and zero USB-A Arrived with Windows 10 Pro but the update to W11 was available immediately Battery is not great but this is common for all HP's laptops. Anyway, overall I like the laptop

Battery issue and no in built MS Office
Battery is drawing and max upto 60-75 min can be used post full charge. Secondly, no inbuilt MS office in laptop. This is expensive and seems no beneficial looking at both issues pointed here.
