I don't travel but sleep in upright position in a recliner due to health reasons, so I have spent a small fortune looking for just the support I need for my head, neck and ears! This is PERFECT! The chin strap makes all the difference in the world! Many variations to use and chin strap position, which is a game changer for such a simple addition that most other neck pillows don't offer Noone likes their chin dropping to their chest while sleeping, especially completely upright. Since I don't travel, I can imagine this would be ideal for airplane, vehicle and bus travel as well since it has straps on the back to attach to a headrest if wanted/needed. The memory foam arrived WITHOUT ANY SMELL AT ALL! Many other neck pillows I have bought have arrived so stinky from the type of memory foam used that they ended up thrown out, but this one has absolutely NO SMELL from memory foam used! It goes around my neck well and the back part where ones neck is, the memory foam is super thin so it doesn't push your head forward like MANY neck pillows do! This supports in a natural position without pushing on your neck! HUGE PLUS!! It conforms to my neck and ears without being too tight or too loose. I position it sometimes to where the sides go up over my ears so it helps tremendously to reduce surrounding noises! Love that feature! Best of all, I finally have a PERFECT NECK PILLOW for my daily upright position sleeping needs!! I'm buying another as a backup since I wouldn't want this one to wear out from daily use and not be able to find another identical one in the future, so another one is being ordered to have for future needs! HIGHLY RECOMMENED! I've gotten several others to order and try and they're mostly used for their needs for airplane travel for work and they too have loved theirs and recommend to others! I hate travel pillows. I never sleep well on planes- if even at all. Always find travel pillows to be too bulky and uncomfortable. This pillow changed that for me. I had a red eye flight and needed something to support my neck. The pillow sat comfortably on my neck and I did not find it too hot (I am always hot). The chin strap is such a smart design. I didn't bother with attaching it to the seat back, so cannot comment on how well it works there. Did I sleep on the flight? No. But I was able to snuggle into this and watch a movie without neck pain or an annoying pillow moving around on me. The pillow was firm but not too firm and I was easily able to move the chin strap as needed. I washed the cover before use and it was simple to take off and put back on. It rolled easily back into its case. And I was happy to have the clip to be able to hang from my backpack as I moved around the airport. Overall super happy with my purchase.

The Cabeau Travel Neck Pillows for Airplanes – The Neck’s Evolution, TNE S3, blue, was great to have on the airplane. I couldn’t sleep sitting up, but I put this on my tray and could catch a small nap. It comes with a carrying case that compacts it and makes it easy to carry. It’s firm but soft and made extremely well. When I put it on my neck, it would bother my ear buds and earrings. So, it worked like a small pillow for me.

This neck pillow was okay. I liked the firmness, but it was too high. It squishes my cheeks and ears, and I didn’t like this. If you are wearing earrings, it will be uncomfortable, and you definitely can’t use over-ear headphones. It was awkward even with in-ear headphones. Also, with the front strap attached, I found it a bit suffocating, like it was choking me. So I ended up not using the front strap, but the Velcro was secure, and the strap didn’t get in the way when attached. I did like that it has a flat back. My neck rested more comfortably. And it did roll up easily to fit into the portable bag it came with. I didn't try the seat straps. So, I can’t review that part. All in all, I really had high hopes for this neck pillow based on the reviews, but for me, it was just meh.

After trying 4 other neck pillows over the years, I am really happy with this one. I love how it Velcros closed around the neck and it is tall and sturdy to provide the best head support I have found yet. I also love how it attaches to the headrest on most planes so that you can lean on it a little bit. No neck pillow provides perfect sleep, but this is the best one I have found! My husband and I both bought them for a redeye flight almost a year ago and I have taken it on several flights since. I am impressed with the Velcro’s durability and it is still very comfy.

I bought this because I was having some neck issues, but my 20 year-old travel neck pillow from Brookstone works better for me. The sides are nice and cushy so your head won't go side to side but it is completely lacking cushioning in the back, and for me, having a cushion to fill in the gap between where your neck curves in and the seat is the most important feature of a travel neck pillow.

Bought this on a black Friday sale. I travel a ton for work and really struggle to sleep on flights. This was on sale and had really good reviews so I gave it a shot. Its really comfortable, has a memory foam feel, can be worn different ways, stays in place and supports the neck. I used it on a 4 hour flight and actually slept twice! Once for over an hour and a second time for 30 minutes. Super happy with this purchase. It also rolls up and has a convenient carrying case that takes up very little space. Highly recommend this product.

If you’re like me you are scouring articles titled “The Best Travel Pillow”, skimming amazon reviews and hoping to find something that will allow some shut eye while trapped in a tin can zooming through the sky. This is my honest review for this pillow I am in no way connected to the company, I am not paid, sponsored nor a robot…. At least the last time I checked. I have tried ALL the designs and can say this one is the winner for me. I’ve tried the traditional bead filled neck pillow which slipped off, the one that is supposed to wrap around which didn’t hold up, the inflatable one with the face hole (not comfortable), the half neck collar/ half blanket type which just felt like I was being suffocated in fleece. I tried this pillow on a whim figuring it would end up in my stack of returns but I think I found a winner. The pros: I liked that it attached easily to the head rest and had a strap to secure it under my chin giving me some support. I was able to nod off a bit and didn’t do the head bob and could breathe. The cons: kinda stuffy, makes headphone wear a little awkward and I could see if you are on the shorter side the attaching to the headrest would make it too high to be comfortable. Overall I would give this a solid 9/10. Im a very light sleeper but found this to be a decent mix of support and comfort. It certainly didn’t work any miracles, I still slept like poo but at least I was a little more comfortable in the process. Happy travels!

Let's face it, it's difficult to sleep sitting. This neck pillow makes it somewhat easier, but it won't magically allow you to fall asleep. It's comfy and the back straps to hold you head back do work. It could be a little taller for me as my head still fell a bit too much to the side, but using it was way better than nothing. It's worth it if you travel a lot or have a long haul flight coming up.
