No sound when i plug in to controller?

First we would recommend to test the headset with another device, e.g. your computer, and see if it works correctly on the other device. If it works correctly on another device, please check the PS4/5 settings: Go to the PS4/5 Settings > Devices > Audio Devices. Click Input Device and select Headset Connected to Controller. Click Output Device and select Headset Connected to Controller. Click Volume Control (Headphones), and set the level to maximum. Click Output to Headphones, and select All Audio. Click Adjust Microphone Level, then follow the wizard to calibrate your microphone. If the microphone can be detected on the Adjust Microphone Level screen, then the headset and microphone are working with the PS4/5 properly. I hope I was able to help. Is the microphone supposed to be included?

Yes, it is included in the form of a small adjustable boom with a 3.5mm plug on the end that plugs into the appropriate socket on the left headphone earpiece as per the illustrations. Hope this helps :)

My sons mic doesn’t work, he can hear through the headset but I mic...using on Xbox series x and ps4..anyone help

Try the settings in xbox one audio first i did that set to stereo it worked how ever both me and him have had electric shock from the mic near the casing so I've ended up contacting trading standards
