Do these Flash wipes fit a swiffer mop and also, is the box refillable?

Yes, I bought a Swiffer mop but their refills are a lot dearer. The flash wet clothes look exactly the same as the one that came with Swiffer, even down to the scrubby strip. Very wet and work well.

Can you use these on windows?

Depends how fussy you are, wouldn't think it would be very good round the edges or corners

How big are the wipes

They are 11 1/2” x 6 1/2” then they have two flaps. They also fit my Power Mop. The Lemon scent is lovely but makes the box of wipes very heavy

does this come in a refillable box?

Large plastic waterproof refillable box with lid fill it as many times as you want
