I bought this scooter for my 2 yr old great grandson. He absolutely loves it and has no trouble riding it! The colors are bright and the light-up wheels are a hit! Assembly was simple. The handlebar height is adjustable which is great for growing with the child and the seat design is great for younger ones just starting out. It rides smoothly, turns easily, and it is very stable. The overall quality is excellent. It is Definitely worth the price! Note: The wheels on ours did not light up. I emailed the company, explained the issue and without any hesitation Kayla had a replacement ready to ship to me! I am 100% satisfied with the scooter and the customer service is outstanding. I would have no hesitation purchasing this or any other product from them!

Helpful instructions. Easy to assemble. Daughter loves it. Nice to have a seat you can sit or lift up. The way the tires move when you turn like they have shocks on them pretty nice. I will buy another when my other child gets big enough

The color combination is super beautiful ，my daughter and I fell in love with it at first sight. It’s easy to assemble, the handlebar height is adjustable, and the seat can be removed, which is very thoughtful. The LED light-up wheels are especially cool at night, and the tilt steering is responsive. The widened, anti-slip deck makes it more stable for the kids to ride. My older daughter is 8 and the younger one is 3 both can adjust it to a suitable height, and they absolutely love it. The overall quality is great, no strange smell. I feel very reassured watching them play, and I’m really satisfied. Highly recommend!

Great scooter! The colors are bright and the light-up wheels are a big hit with my kid. Assembly was very easy and only took a few minutes. The handlebar height is adjustable, and the seat design is really helpful for younger kids who are just starting out. It rides smoothly, turns easily, and the wide non-slip deck makes it very stable. The overall quality feels solid and safe. Ever since we got it, my child wants to play with it every day. Definitely worth it!

Great scooter. My sons had it over 2 years now and it’s still going strong. He outgrew it recently since the seat only has 2 heights). Wheels still light up, super sturdy, and kids love it. ****Also note to those getting the scooter with the seat sideways, you need to unscrew the seat with an Allen Wrench and you can align the seat properly***. Ordering the newer pro model from the same company, as the seat is way easier to adjust on that one and my youngest has that model already and loves it!

Aug. 9, 2025 update: Scooter is still working lights and all. Adjusted the height for growth and continuous riding fun! Aug. 2024: Had a video but it wouldn't upload so written review...This GoTrax Scooter was easy to assemble and my Godson adapted very well to the lean to steer option. The seat feature came in very handy when he became tired and needed to rest his little legs. The seat and base size were appropriate for his age range and it was stable not wobbly. The Scooter has 3 quiet light-up wheels so it wasn't noisy; a bell is optional but helpful to avoid unnecessary collisions or at least ride in open area. The wheels also provided a smooth ride with visibility for others to notice something/someone was approaching. He was able to brake without any issues even on a slight downhill or when approaching obstacles. The Scooter is good quality for the price paid and the BONUS was he was able to pack it in his suitcase to take on his flight back home. Simply push button pull out entire steering/handles part, put it in a plastic bag so as not to dirty clothes and place in suitcase to be checked (not carry-on). My Godson was grateful and happy to be able to bring Scooter back to his home.

I purchased this scooter for my grandson in October, as a Christmas present. Once opened at Christmas and put together, the seat does NOT align with the foot pad. It sticks out to the side which is totally useless. I am now seeing other reports of the same issue. There is no way to fix it because it was manufactured incorrectly. My window for returning it is now passed so we are stuck with a malfunctioning, useless scooter and a very sad grandson. Since I was not able to return the product via Amazon, I worked directly with the vendor Gotrax. The customer support team member that I worked with was Kayla who did an outstanding job of asking questions, providing information for a possible solution to fix myself and most of all listening. Since the product was a manufacturing issue (holes were drilled on the wrong side of the handle) she immediately went to the next step to order a replacement item to be shipped directly to me. I appreciate the time she took over the holidays to make sure to resolve the issue in a timely manner. If you have issues with any Gotrax product - please ask to speak with Kayla, she is the BEST !!!! Update on 26JAN2026 - a new replacement KS3 Kids Kick Scooter was received via FexEx. I am happy to report that the replacement model which is the green one, does not have the defective seat. After putting it together, the seat correctly aligns with the foot rest and everything is good. A huge THANK YOU to Kayla at Gotrax Customer Support for making sure this issue did not get dropped and that the client is happy... I have changed my star rating from a 1 to a 4 star only because of the initial quality control issue...
