Amazing Taste!
This is a new product to me. I bought since i heard it from a doctor that it has good nutrition. I bought and ate. Surprised it taste good better than popcorn. Less calories. Kept buying more. Packaging is good.

Healthy but not quite tasty
Good: I do feel full eating just one serving compared to eating one serving of popcorn, due to much higher fiber and it did curb my appetite to be more stable when I feel munchies. Bad: Had to get used to the taste. It has a funky and slightly bitter taste that can be quite unappealing if you're not very experimental.

Delicious high protien and potassium
I love poping a can of these. They are delicious nutritious with a nutty flavor. Highly recomend. They have more potasium than salt which is rare in a savory snack food. ( 55mg sodium to 120 mg potassium)

Very tasty
Product is very oniony in taste. I happen to love onions so I have really enjoyed these nuts. There are not a lot of them but you do not need a lot to enjoy them. I will purchase again.
