Multi-Minerals - Citrate/Malate Formula (No Copper or Iron) - Vegan Daily Multimineral - Gluten, Dairy, Soy Free - Non-GMO - 120 Capsules

Took a couple of orders to decide if this product could replace my Twin Labs Multi minerals which was discontinued. I loved my Twin Lab multi minerals and was upset when it was discontinued. I have fibromyalgia and I take minerals (along with an additional Mg supplement) to control muscle spasms and twitching. This product works well to do this along with my Mg which is what I wanted. When I ran out of the Vital Minerals the muscle twitches came back. Not a whole lot of fun to prove that a supplement works but for my body it is definitive. I like that the capsules look very clear and high quality. I wish they were slightly less expensive but other than that everything is positive. Glad to have found a supplement to replace my other one.

Chromium is often forgotten although it plays a big role in the health of the digestive track. Good lab source I can trust

I bought some 1 gallon water distillers and distill my water every day. I don't trust tap / bottled / spring water because of the fluoride, heavy metals and other additives. I end up with a layer of chalk after distilling the water every time! I love drinking pure, distilled water and make up for minerals by taking this supplement. I'm so happy to have found this supplement. I love that the citrate / malate formula is so benign you're practically just getting the minerals and that it doesn't include copper. A lot of mineral supplements are mixed with other stuff. This supplement is just perfect!

I was having terrible palpitations and was put on a heart monitor. I’m only 35 years old with no major health issues. This supplement got rid of them. I will continue to buy this brand. My Doctor recommended this brand. We are all deficient in minerals even if you have a balanced diet our soil today lacks necessary minerals. Our bodies will become dis-eased without adequate mineral intake. Very Good, Highly Recommend!

Good choice for a mineral supplement. Does not contain iron or copper which is a good feature. Should supplement those separately if/when needed.

I like this product because (1) the quantities of the minerals are not excessive; (2) it omits iron and copper, which are not good to supplement with unless there is known to be a deficiency;; and (3) the quantity of vanadium in particular is quite modest, and vanadium has some definite downsides to be careful about.

I went to a nutritionist and he is the one who told me to start taking them twice a day. It really is amazing how much better I am and feel taking a multimineral instead of a multivitamin. I really can't explain why.
