My dogs don't enjoy commercial dog food. They have accepted Henlo- my really fussy dog too eats it when there's no choice- that's a big plus for me.

Good product,a bit costly but my pup loves it.

I have been using Henlo dog food for a year now and have an Amazon subscription for the product. But recently, I have had a disheartening experience with the bad product quality. Two months back, much to my shock, I noticed a bug and worm infestation on the food with mfg date of December 2024. I thought it could be due to some storage issue and took necessary precautions on the last month's package with mfg date of April 2025 and stored it in an airtight container. I opened the package on Friday last week and despite securing the package inside an airtight container, once again it got bug/worm infestation. Please refer to the attached videos showing the packages with infestation along with their Mfg date. Worst part is i called Henlo support for 3 consecutive days but no one answered. I mailed but no response. Ended up wasting away 4000Rs worth of dog food with no resolution from Henlo. I strongly don't recommend this product.

Received damaged product applied for replacement but received no response

Ok , so I tried this essentially for extra treats for my dog . Because I feed him home cooked meals . But I needed something Handy to use to train my fur baby . Neo loved it . And I am ordering more . *This is a home grown brand *the food does not have a after smell * the quality and quantity seem to suffice for my requirement. One star less - because it may not be pocket friendly . But the quality is grt . The cutest thing - I recieved a delivery after more than a month of ordering the product , where they sent a thankyou note and a cute ball for Neo as a thankyou gift . Well , thankyou gifts are a very thoughtful thing . But , it has got nothing to do with the review :)

I switched from Pedigree, to this brand and boy, what a difference did it make! My dog's energy levels are high, his poops have become bigger, no digestion issues and the most noticeable improvement was his hair fall reduced by over 70%, almost next to nil. The makers of Henlo know what they're doing and I applaud them for it. Never ever feed Pedigree to your dogs(unless there's an apocalypse and all the dog food in the world is over), I made a rookie mistake of doing this, never again.
