I ordered this for my 92 year old uncle after going through at least 5 smart phones. He rarely makes calls, so even though you can call anybody, 4 is the perfect number for him. He has difficulty with his vision and even though it's recommended to use photos on the buttons, I used a large font and put the first letter of our names. Ring tone can be set to LOUD so he can hear it. It also has a cradle so he doesn't have to worry about the charger being in correctly. This little phone has been a life saver!

I used this phone 2 times literally. I just went to charge it to use it again and it will not turn on. It has been charging for 48 hours now, and it literally turns on, does the "swoosh" with the logo and turns right back off. So frustrating. I feel like for the price, it should be a fairly decent phone! Also- it always auto defaulted to speaker. When someone called and the person with this phone answered, it was automatically on speaker mode, allowing everyone around to hear the conversation. While it was possible to turn speaker off, it was definitely a hassle. So, unfortunately, I do not recommend this phone.

4 autodial locations big answer and hang up buttons. It's perfect for an emergency phone for my Mom, who has macular degeneration, if her land line goes out or she has a hospital stay. Yes there are only 4 auto dials but anyone can call her too, paired with Tello $10 a month unlimited voice. It's an affordable solution.

I bought this phone for my mother who has Alzheimer’s. It has taken me nearly 3 hours to fully set up this phone and now it’s not taking phone calls. I am returning it but unfortunately now I have to also get $100 back from minutes that I put on the SIMS card that came with this phone. That company is now giving me the runaround about having my money refunded. Beware. Not worth it. This phone is a total joke and is not easy to use.

We liked the pictures showing for the number you want to call. However, we cannot talk to our person. It goes directly to VM. I would never buy this phone again.

I got this for my 98 year old uncle and he dropped it from about a foot off the ground on a rug and now outbound calls cannot hear him when he calls. The phone is flimsy and unreliable. We would have to constantly reboot it in the morning to insure he was getting calls. He is 98, blind with little mobility so his phone is his life line if something happens.When I opened the back battery to try a battery reset a random screw fell out? no clear sign from where. Its cheap and unreliable. Do not buy
