I m opened this product today n the hook is missing . This says the one should open the package as soon as you receive the package. Can’t return so the product is now useless .

It's not Stainless Steel Cloth line
In the info part,it was mentioned that the thread was stainless steel,but it was not. It's just a weak regular thread . I wonder why this kind of cheap product with false info is sold in Amazon

Whole paint is gone
Paint was gone and thread is not steel as mentioned in the description but just regular thread which isn't strong

Does not retract smoothly. The string quality is very low. Not good for the purpose advertised. quality needs to improved a lot
