We ordered this on Saturday evening, and it arrived today Monday evening. It is packaged very nicely in a very sturdy box with a carry handle. Setup was very easy to do, the remote is simple to figure out. The neck massage can be turned on or off and also configured with heat. The pillow is simple to remove and use independently if so desired. There are 7 different modes that range from a slow impulse, head-to-toe slow and faster to a complete full steady massage. The intensity is nice from a very mild soothing to a good strong vibration. The heat comes on fairly quick if so desired. This is an anniversary gift for my wife and she loves me even more!

This thing is actually pretty nice. I usually just lay it on my couch or office chair, hit the heat button, and let it do its thing while I’m watching TV or scrolling on my phone. The vibration motors are stronger than I expected, and the heat warms up quickly, which feels amazing on my lower back. I like that the remote lets you pick which areas to target — some nights I only want the back section on, other times I use the whole thing. The different modes make it easy to switch things up so it doesn’t feel repetitive. It’s also lightweight, so I can move it around the house without any hassle. It’s obviously not the same as a real deep-tissue massage, but for something you can just plug in and relax on, it does a great job. Honestly, I’ve been using it almost every day, and it’s become part of my wind-down routine. Nice for relaxation,- just laying down, watching TV, and pressing different buttons.

This item is GREAT. Amazing vibration pad. It hits all the right spots. And I love how soft it is. It’s the definition of cozy. The neck pillow is great too. Soft squishy foam that makes you want to close your eyes and sleep. The Shih Tzu massager is perfect too. Not to rough to where it hurts but digs just deep enough to get where you need it with the right amount of pressure. I guess the only “complaints” I have about this item is the heat feature and the cable links. The heat is not as good as I hoped it would be. It heats up (and it heats up good don’t get me wrong) but I wish it heated up a bit better. It’s not as warm as I hoped it would be is what I’m trying to say, but that might just be mine, I cannot speak for the other products. I only tried the heat function for 15 minutes maybe it just takes longer to really heat up. I’ll keep trying it and I’ll let you all know. My other problem which is my biggest complaint is it’s not as portable as I hoped it would be. You have to be pretty close to a plug to be able to use this product and the cable is not exactly the longest in the world. Not to mention you have to plug it in on a specific side or else you’ll be laying on the cord which could ruin it. And none of this would be a problem if it was just the mat, but the pillow is like this too! They could’ve made that a chargeable detachable. Who wants to plug in a pillow?! Still though it’s all still way more portable than an massage chair so I will take what I can get lol It’s a great product for anyone looking for pain relief and relaxation. It’s takes the pressure of the day helps you fall asleep quicker. A 100% recommend buy. Thanks Comfier!

From unboxing to my couch, it's been an amazing experience! The item came packaged well, and everything was neat and in good order. Once unpacked the instructions to use were very clear. The massage mat has a very nice selection of settings. You can choose specific zones that can be targeted, or you can have them all active for full back massage. The heat option is a must use after a long day, and really enhances the experience. One thing I noticed is that it works best when laying flat vs. sitting up in a chair. When laying flat it really did an awesome job. Sitting in a chair it was not as effective, but this could be the way I was sitting, and there may not have been enough pressure between me and the mat. The price is very reasonable, and it appears to be made well and will last a long time. I am very happy that I purchased this, my back feels so much better! Definitely recommend!

Its actually really nice. Calms me down while I play a game or watch something. The heat is nice. My niece and my mom like it too. It would be a great gift and great for therapy.

Just like with all Comfier products, this one too is well made, and it does what it says it will do! While I generally prefer a rolling massage, this mat does help relax you if you like a pulsating/vibrating mat. The controls are very intuitive, and it allows you to customize your session. You can even adjust the vibrations from low to medium and then to high. This would be ideal for those that don't like intense massages. I tried it out on the bed vs. using it in a chair. I was able to get better coverage from shoulders all the way down to the backsides of my legs. Another winner Comfier!

⭐ 1 star – Completely Disappointed, Misleading Product Description I’m very disappointed with this product and the misleading way it was presented on Amazon. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this issue. The pictures and description clearly stated that the Shiatsu neck pillow was removable, but in reality, it was fixed and could not be detached as promised. I bought this item as a birthday gift for my husband, and you completely ruined the surprise and the effect it was supposed to have. Instead of a joyful moment, we were left frustrated and disappointed. My husband was clearly unhappy that the product didn’t match what was advertised, and I felt even worse — like I was put in a foolish and embarrassing position because I trusted what you claimed. Please take more care with your product descriptions and images. When customers buy something for a special occasion, the last thing they want is to feel misled and disappointed.

Es muy cómodo, mi papá está fascinado, lo usa casi todos los días al llegar del trabajo y hasta dice que es “colchóndependiente” jaja, muy buena inversión. Yo misma he visto mejoras en sus músculos, antes al pararse tardaba más y se notaba un poco de dolor, y ahora es súper liviano. Sin duda muy bueno por el precio y a todo el que lo vea le encantará, en mi familia ya se pidieron otros cuatro ✨

Not really impressed, other than the neck all it really does is vibrate with heat. I would not call this massage at all. Whilst it is really well made and very soft I feel I wasted my money
