This is an amazingly comfortable massage mat! I love the design, options, size, and materials used. I suffer from some serious health issues and back pain. The vibrations, combined with the warming feature and Shiatsu neck pillow attachment (also featuring a warming option), provide pain relief. My daughters both love it, and soon everyone in the family will have their own. My brother bought a Shiatsu massage chair by Comfier two years ago, so I knew I could trust this brand. Didn't have to think twice about it. I would recommend this mat and brand 100 times over!

I wish the massage nodes were a bit deeper or had a kneading option. It's more of a gentle vibration than a deep tissue experience. But for the price, it’s still a great value and delivers solid relaxation. If you're looking for an affordable way to unwind at home, this is definitely worth considering!

Great for fibro pain

**UPDATED REVIEW** I got this mat on March 11th 2023 due to a back injury. It was good at first, but as of August 21st 2023, the motors in the mat that still work are so loud that it is terribly annoying to listen to. This being said, there are a couple of motors that no longer work. At the time that I got it, I forgot to activate the warranty, so it appears that I am out this money, my fault. However, the mat should have lasted more than 5 months. I will never purchase anything by this brand nor will I recommend it to anyone. STAY AWAY FROM COMFIER PRODUCTS!! **ORIGINAL REVIEW** I got this recently after injuring my back and have been pleased with my purchase. I don't use the head rest, but the mat itself is perfect. I really like the app on my phone that I can get extra functionality from.

I was looking for some massage machine as a gift for my mom and came across this product. After using it for few times, here’s my honest opinion: Pros: - Decent vibrating mat (not massage) - Good for some light/minor pain or recovery Cons: - The massage balls under the mat won’t move/spin, and just vibrates - The heat produced is not much (not enough for me)

I bought this for my husband, he was looking at a "as seen on tv" one that sold for double this price. He loves it! It vibrates and heats and fits great in his recliner. It allows for the heat and the vibration to extend from his neck and shoulders all the way down to his calves. Well worth the price! If i were to change anything, I would have it include a strap to attach it to the recliner, the only strap mine had was attached to the neck massager. I had to use an extra large elastic strap.
