Update: RUN AWAY!
Update: As of today, the vendor called me back after leaving them a voicemail and they will be replacing my monitor! Thank you for making this experience great! Original: The monitor stopped working after two weeks. I am really upset at the fact that their customer service website does not work. I contacted Amazon customer support and they gave me the phone number and the website for the customer service from the seller and every time I would call the seller, the phone would get picked up and hung up. I am going to be returning this piece of trash back to the vendor.

The worst !!!
I brought this computer for my son birthday. I was so excited for him to be excited! But a day after setting it up, the sceeen had a error message that said “press esc for startup menu) nothing worked, tech support couldn’t help me… and instead of replacing the desktop, they said they can only refund me not send me a replacement! I will NEVER order from the company again. My son didn’t even get to see his surprise ! I’m so disappointed

Great pc!!
I like the pc! The package was simple to set up and everything was fine! It’s a perfect starter pc for all ages! It’ll update as far as windows 10 which is still relevant so that’s not a problem. Only problem is my network adapter keeps dropping wi-fi so my son, has to keep troubleshooting the connection. Otherwise, it’s a great buy for the money.

Good computer
Soundbar is trash, wont connect. Fast computer, just be sure and debloat all the installed microsoft trash. Will be ordering another one, wish i could get the computer without the soundboard and crappy monitor. Have already upgraded to 36 gb of memory, and better video card is next. The supplied video card is ok, but only 2gb memory just isnt enough . Overall a very good computer, i use it for WOW, and works Great .

Buy at your risk
I got this for my son as a Christmas gift. Christmas morning we discover it was missing the DVI cord & the ethernet wifi adapter. I went to Best Buy & purchased the items needed. So far its working. Just disappointed I had to make trips to piece the puzzle together.

One job and one job only
I realize you get what you pay for! You would think the screen would last at least a year. Purchased this in January to run one instance on an emulator. The screen is already going out . Can not read the service number on the side a bit disappointed. The drive is working fine!

Had trouble at first but Tech helped and the pc ended up being amazing
When I first received the pc it wouldn't load windows and said press any key to restore MBR but wouldn't. Tech called me back and walked me through it to fix the problem. The pc is amazing, fast uploading and downloading along with wonderful game play. Thank you Tech for helping me!!!!

Look elsewhere
Memory not what it says, pieces shipped and no idea where they go, wires sent but they don’t correspond to anything! - worked great for a month then problem after problem - new power supply sent to me under warranty - it started acting up 3 weeks after it was installed. Fan runs non stop after new power supply installed but errors upon start up - now computer won’t turn on again!
