Convenient accurate bp monitor
Excellent product so much easier to use than an upper arm cuff monitor. Accurate and readings recorded on phone app with graph and average readings given. Night mode gives about three readings during the night I don’t know how accurate they are as I imagine your arm wouldn’t necessarily be in the correct position but a good indicator at least. Maybe a bit pricey

Very good product and it helps regulate the intake of hypertension medication by knowing the blood pressure while sleeping

Brilliant Blood Pressure Monitor, but it is expensive.
As usual, the package arrived very quickly from Amazon. This OMRON Nightview Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor arrived in its own storage case inside a sturdy cardboard box; also inside the box are 2 AAA Batteries, a Blood Pressure Pass and 9 Instruction Manuals in 9 different languages, this is a lot of paper (see my video). I ordered this as I thought it would be a lot more convenient to use than my upper arm blood pressure monitor, no longer having to take my top off, just place in on my wrist and press the Stop/Start button. I think the best feature of all is being able to use it at night by pressing the 'Night' button. A couple of times my doctor has asked for my blood pressure to be taken over a 24 hour period, this means taking the upper arm blood pressure monitor they supply to bed with me, so you have the band around your upper arm and the machine by your side all night. and when it starts up it makes such a noise that it wakes both me and my wife up, this monitor sits on your wrist like a large watch and it is totally silent when inflating, it did wake me up once from the pressure of the inflation of the cuff, but the inflation time is shorter than the upper arm type. The monitor has a positioning indicator which has a light which informs you if the monitor is not at the correct height, an orange light for incorrect height and blue for correct height. Another thing I really like is the Omron Connect app, it keeps track of all your measurements, including the time and date it was taken, very handy when I see my doctor, I can just open the app and show him the measurements. I really like this Blood Pressure Monitor, it is so easy and convenient to use, both in the daytime and at night in bed, and as far as I can tell comparing it with my upper arm monitor, it’s quite accurate, oh, and it also measures your pulse rate. I could go through everything that’s in the listing description but I’m sure you have already read it before reading my review, so I won’t repeat it, you can see the unboxing in my video, this is just my personal experience with it. At the time of writing this review the price is £203.99, and even thought I really like this blood pressure monitor, it is quite expensive. I always like to show pages from User Manuals if there is one, so you know exactly what a product can do, you can just pause a frame in my video to read them and zoom in if you need to, also the squares on the table I use when photographing and videoing are there so you can use them to help you judge the size of items I photograph or video, the small are 1cm square and the larger ones are 5cm. I hope you have found this review and video helpful.

Excellent BP monitor and love the nighttime feature (which is the reason for the purchase.)
I love the nightview blood pressure monitor. I ordered it because I was having problems with my bp at night. This has been a life saver. I am in the US so the only down side in my book is the fact that I cannot pair the monitor with my smartphone as the software is not supported in the US. But that's a little thing. I would recommend this monitor (and actually already have to several people) to anyone. It seems to be accurate in the readings all day and love that it automatically takes night time bp measurements. Gives me peace of mind at night.

Very convenient and seemingly accurate
I found this to be an excellent blood pressure monitor. I’d wanted a wrist based monitor because it makes it so much easier to take quick blood pressure readings without any clothing removal but I was unsure as to how accurate it would be. I also have an Omron Evolv arm monitor and I can say that the NightView seems to get very similar readings and they are reproducible between subsequent measurements. I’ve used the nocturnal readings a few times but this wasn’t the main reason I purchased this particular monitor. This seems to work fine too, but it’s a little difficult to tell as I’m not sure how nighttime readings are meant to compare with daytime ones (mine seem to be 10-15 points lower on both diastolic and systolic measurements)

Too sensitive to position to be reliable for sleep BP monitoring
This is a nice machine but is very sensitive to change in position compared with an Omron upper arm monitor and a standard Omron wrist monitor. It compares very well with the upper arm monitor provided it is accurately placed but any slight deviation in position produces marked inaccuracy of readings. This is particularly relevant for sleep readings since the arm cannot be positioned accurately when fast asleep. Thus the sleep readings are unreliable. So, if the machine is bought to monitor blood pressure during sleep then it is not suitable for purpose. If it is being bought for readings during waking hours I would go for a cheaper standard wrist monitor, or preferably an upper arm monitor.

Accurate and easy to use
I wanted a device that was medical grade. I struggle with the bicep cuffs, I seem to have relatively short upper arms and I was concerned my previous wrist device wasn’t always accurate. This device is excellent quality, readings are consistent and it’s comfortable enough to wear to take night readings. Simple to use with a neat indicator of if your arm is in the position relative to your heart and a connected app keeping records of readings. If you need to track your blood pressure I can definitely recommend this device.

I'm a little unconvinced
First annoyance here is that you are browbeaten into signing up for an account and giving Omron certain permissions around your data to be able to use the associated app - and then only after that does it give you the option to store data only on the phone rather than the cloud, having signed your life away. Sneaky and devious. If you want to only keep data on your phone you should not be forced into creating an account and giving Omron permissions in this way. Readings taken manually, when they work, seem accurate compared to what I would expect to see. However it's quite flaky. It expects you to be holding your arm up a little so that the cuff is, supposedly, at the same level as your heart - there is an indicator light which shows blue when at the right level and yellow otherwise, but it can be a little tricky to get right as it seems like quite a narrow window. Supposedly according to the manual at least there is some fancy technology in there to do with detecting pulse strength which controls that indicator light which sounds like utter nonsense to me and I would wager is just some kind of tilt sensor. I get quite a lot of E5 errors for no obvious reason after it just quits inflating part way through - the manual says that this is because the cuff is not fitted correctly which isn't true, as I can always in these cases just start it again making no changes whatsoever and then it works fine. Extremely frustratingly, there appears to be no way of deleting individual readings from the app which are marked as dodgy using special icons, because either your arm was at the wrong height or it has supposedly detected the cuff not being correctly fitted. The USP of this though is night-time measurements, which apparently give you a better picture and warnings around possible health issues. You just press the night button before going to sleep, and it then takes 3 readings - one 4 hours after you put it in night time mode, one at 0200 and one at 0400 (so the clock needs to be set correctly, which automatically happens if you use the app). This seems a bit of a weird schedule, especially as if you go to bed at 2200 or 0000 you are going to get 2 readings within seconds of each other. It hasn't yet been any problem with staying asleep while it's measuring, so it doesn't disturb me. I'm a bit surprised though just how low the readings are for me especially since my daytime readings tend to stray into the mildly hypertensive region. This sent me to the interwebs to understand how blood pressure changes at night - apparently readings taken then can be *up to* 20% lower, but mine are more of the order of 30-35% lower, which seems incredible. I'm not entirely convinced of the night time reading accuracy therefore. Apart from anything else, if this device really needs the arm to be held up at a very precise height to give accurate manual readings taken in daytime, why would we expect it to give accurate readings at night time when your arm could be at just about any angle?
