MARENA BLF Breathable Lipo Foam, 1 Pack – Post Surgery Liposuction Foam Pad for Compression Garments

I was skeptical about this actually helping with the tummy tuck and lipo. It has really made a difference in comfort. It is place on my tshirt before putting on the binder or compression garment. I only ordered the 1, my sides and back are not tender enough to use on those areas. I’m 12 days post op.

This foam is very sturdy & has longevity! Most foams go bad after awhile, but this 1 is by far THE BEST! Highly recommend!

Wife has been having issues with her compression garments and the way that they affect her incisions. Her doctor suggested buying something like this, we've never heard of these before. WOW what a game changer for her, wish we would have known about these before a few years back with her original surgery binder she had to wear for a few months. It gives enough support for her to wear her binder and it keeps pressure off her wounds, well enough for her to be comfortable with something on them. It helps air out the wound so the moisture doesn't stay around her incisions and helps with the healing process while giving the comfort that she is looking for. Highly suggest these for anyone that has had a recent stomach surgery and has to wear a binder or heck even someone that has a back brace that they have to wear due to vertebrae infusion. AWESOME product well worth the price for the comfort that it will bring, but suggest getting the three pack so you can change out everyday.

Expensive Not returnable and I didn’t need it

I found it a good thing, that it is a little thicker and firmer, than the white squishy type. I think it distributed the pressure of my abdominal binder more evenly. The surface is smooth, and comfortable against my bare skin (I am healed). I wore it all day, on a somewhat hot and humid day, and it was still comfortable. I was surprised that I did not sweat. It indeed was “breathable”. I also liked the comfort of the rounded edges. No corners that fold back if you slip it back into pants. It’s a unique foam. I was worried it might be like air conditioner sponge - nope. Not a dense neoprene. Not a stiff foam board. Not super squishy. A texture I have not encountered before. And I think just right. Indeed a lipo foam.

The surgical foam has been a game changer for me. I am currently recovering from a major surgery that resulted in a large incision in my abdomen. I have to wear a binder and as you may know, those things can be extremely uncomfortable, they can bend and bow, and put pressure on your incisions. This foam is thick enough to add extra padding between my skin in the binder. I think that it’s going to give me a much better result, and it certainly keeps me a lot more comfortable during my recovery. You may need to order more than one as this package only includes one sheet of the foam and if you have a wider incision you may want to have two of them side-by-side. It is not as dense as some of the other Lipo foams I have tried this week during recovery which may or many not be a good thing. Less dense foam means a little more breath ability but less support. No weird smells or issues with it. I recommend.
