What happens after 15 days, does it become ineffective?

I have used these successfully for years. They are constructed in a naturally springy shape (to keep your nose/nasals open). After 15, or so, uses the spring softens and becomes ineffective. I swear by them.

What’s the difference between the 30 day and 45 day version?

It’s most likely that one box has two and the 45 day has 3. Each aid is good for 15 days according to the directions. I get a little longer usage out of them. More like 20 days.

Is this two boxes with 3 aids each (total of 6 aids)?

No it's not. Just received today. Only 1 box in the envelope. What a rip off!! The box even has a sticker on it that says "2 pack"
