I ordered this kit. I had tests done using another at home kit and they recommended a repeat in 3 months, so I decided to use Randox as more reasonably priced. Upon receipt, I opened and checked the instructions and made sure I knew what to do. I had one query so contacted via webchat ok Randox website and received a very helpful reply.Test is very straight forward to do - it took 14 drops of blood (including wiping away the first). I registered the kit as per the instructions and received confirmation via email registration had been successful. I noted down the tracking number from the return envelope provided so I could track via Royal Mail.I took to my delivery office to post. Item was delivered the following morning which I confirmed via tracking - I didn't receive an email from Randox to confirm receipt.I received the results on Friday evening via an email with an attachment which was password protected. The results contained reference ranges next to each blood marker that was checked.I'll now be going to my GP with this information and the other test results. This is my second kit with Randox (other was Female Hormone) and I've experienced no issues when following their instructions and doing due diligence (fully following instructions, noting tracking and reference numbers etc).

Many of the reviews mention how difficult it is. The first time i did the test I didn't fully follow the instructions and wasted one of the lancelets (which I ended up needing to use).Here's what I learned:1. Make sure you register the test kit on the website before you post it to an email address you can easily access2. Only do the test Mon-Thursday and you'll need to be able to get the kit into a postbox before 12pm so it's received and processed before the weekend3. Don't skimp on drinking the water, warming your hand, doing the exercises (i showered before I did the test too) - this will make sure you have the blood flow4. Be prepared to use all of the lancelets, but when i followed the instructions i only needed to do 2 fingers5. If you messed up like I did the first time and did the test on a weekend, store the sample in the fridge and make sure the temp is 4 degrees until you can send before noon on a week day (i've no idea for certain how this may/may not have impacted the sample)Interested to know if others found the end result to be accurate? My TSH was much higher than the NHS test both first and second (which may well be accurate)Did others find they mirrored expected results or were higher than expected.

I followed instructions and sent of the sample it’s now three weeks and no reply ! No results given DO NOT WASE YOUR MONEY no option for a refund on Amazon !

Worked perfectly. No problem taking the sample, just follow the instructions. Got reply in 2 days. Check posting dates before you do the test.

Results came quickly and was easy to follow the instructionsIt wasn't easy to fill up the amount of blood required

hard to rate this product as I did not get the chance to send it off. after following the guidance on encouraging blood flow (warming hand, exercise, hydration) still only managed two drops in 10 minutes when the phial holds about a tablespoon full. If you are not a slow bleeder this might well be a very good product.

I bought 4 tests for £120.00 3 hormone to do ad-hoc , plus one thyroid test and apparently "it didn't work " no other explanation.I did everything right ! Really !Absolutely w aste of money .I've emailed the company back who did the test and have received no reply.
