Question to seller: why is this marketed as brewers yeast when it’s actually nutritional yeast? Big difference!

They can't make gluten free brewers yeast from beer because beer contains gluten! Those are gluten free brewers yeast made from molasses, and YES IT'S POSSIBLE. Please do your research before you accuse someone of lying about their products. Every single gluten free brewers yeat are made from molasses.

can this be used to make alcohol?

No. But it can be used as a yeast nutrient. What I mean is.. When you make wine,beer, or spirit's. The active yeast used to make alcohol feed on this inactive yeast. Live yeast used in brewing need the same nutrients that this yeast provides. To have a active and healthy fermentation.

No, customers are confused and can't tell the difference between brewer's yeast and nutritional yeast and have turned to ask other people on Amazon instead of asking Google, lol. But they are 2 different products that taste very similarly. It's like giving someone a glass of pinot noir and chianti. One may argue that they are the same wine or different ones but won't be able to tell you which is which. Unless they are a conocer. Both are delicious and very similar in taste, HOWEVER NY has a far cheeseier taste and flakier texture than BY. So are far as my experience with both products. Anthony's BY is a delicious brewer's yeast option without question.
