Brilliant easy to use and no problem whatsoever. I read before too many complaints reviews about this product but for me it is perfect. Really easy to use and bear in mind that I don’t like using it. This time I enjoy my ironing.

Very happy with results on different fabrics - not heavy and easy to clean.

I've just spoken to Tefal about this iron, as like a seperate reviewer, I found that the steam button on top, doesn't stay on max, but just flips back. Apparently this is how it is supposed to be, it's just a maximum steam boost and not meant to stay on. Seems a bit pointless when there is a turbo steam boost under the handle which is actually easier to use unless you have excessively long thumbs! Anyway, don't send it back and request a replacement when you discover the button doesn't function like you expect it to. I mean, who would do that.... (whistles away his guilt...) Overall however, it irons quite nicely when on ECO steam, producing plenty of the stuff, with a boost if needed. The weight is not too bad, it does glide nicely over the fabric (assuming you have it on the correct setting) but in my opinion, the cord is a bit short. I suppose for £65, you can't expect to have it all...

Excellent iron. Have been through many irons and I decided to spend a bit more amd buy the Tefal puregliss and I am.not disappointed

Highly recommended love it makes the job easier

This iron might be good for an occassional ironig, but not for a mother who needs to run miles on it with kids uniforms and bedsheets. I got it to replace my beloved philips azure as I was tempted with the gliding, energy saving and price. The iron is too light, u need to use effort to push down, it drags fabric, especcily when you go backwards, it also isnt well balanced so when going backwards the front of the iron lifts up causing even more draging of fabric. Cord is an issue as it comes from the bottom and it gets tangled (again- when it goes backwards). It's also too short. A lot of steam comes out, together with water leaving wet stains. The auto shut off didnt really work at all. Performance was poor- I ironed 10 easy care shirts, that were drying on the hangers - and it just did the job on the highest setting, none of that 'crisp finish'. Returned after one ironing.

Initial impressions were OK, good weight, good water capacity and steams well. Then it started dribbling everywhere. Then I realised why I moved to cordless years ago, the cord is a pain. That isn't the fault of the product that was me but the dribbling is inexcusable.
