Very impressed with the well thought out design and excellent quality. Easy to install and certainly met my needs.

I had the tan color before, but learned the lesson the hard way to not keep it extended over the winter or in inclement weather like high winds as it got tears in it. I now have the black and like it even better. It does give great privacy from nosy neighbors.

So if you’re not careful when rolling out the awning and rolling it back, it can get severely wrinkled. Which is what happened to ours. Company was kind enough to replace the faulty one. The new one has no problems never gets wrinkled. It does seem very finicky when it comes to pulling out the awning and winding it. Other than that, it’s a great product!

This is perfect near our entertaining area under our deck.

Awning looks good however installation of the 6 bolt section takes an effort. Freestanding post(s) are relatively easy. I would suggest not using the provided plastic grommets as they do not hold. Purchase steel grommets which will hold better. I was not able to complete before current trip. Probably easier with 2 people. Also good to install where you have space to work.

Definitely high quality

In very happy with this purchase. We're using it for privacy for our hot tub on our patio. Installed easy and works great. Love that it is retractable.
