I haven’t taken it without my ADHD medication but I know it works because my AdHd med wasn’t working the same until I incorporated this along with my aderall !!!!!

Keep in mind there's no such thing as a supplement that contains Acetylcholine. The ingredients in the supplement cause the body to create acetylcholine. *My Experience* After taking the first capsule, I felt the effects within a couple of hours. I had more energy, more focus, and they seemed to stabilize my mood. After taking 1-2 capsules daily for about a week, I started getting really bad anxiety when trying to fall asleep. This is something I've never experienced before. Every time I was falling asleep my body would jerk and an intense fear would come over me. This would keep happening for several hours until I finally fell asleep. After doing some research, these were symptoms of too much acetylcholine. The half-life of Acetylcholine is about 13-15 days. Meaning once you get your reserves built up, you should stop taking these for about a month. Other symptoms experienced from too much Acetylcholine - Loose stools - Tight sore muscles - Jittery - Feeling like my muscles were vibrating under my skin. - Muscular fasciculation - small muscle contractions Due to the long half-life of Acetylcholine I suggest the following - Make sure to only take one capsule at a time. - Never take any after 3pm or you wont be able to go to sleep and will have the jitters. - Once you feel like you can focus discontinue use for a while.

I have an issue taking any over the counter or prescription medications that are Anticholinergic. They seem to impact my memory negatively. Taking this product seems to make a positive difference in my memory and word recall. I highly recommend that everyone does a deep search into any medications they take as it can involve some digging to find out that even common over the counter allergy meds can cause this issue. I’ve seen it happen also with one of my younger family members so it’s not just limited to older people. Maybe certain genes are involved? It seems likely that it could contribute to memory problems in some older people when they unknowingly take more and more anticholinergic medications over time. Just my opinion based on my personal experience but maybe do some research and see what you think…

This seemed to work really well for me in the beginning, but now I feel like my body just got used to it and it doesn’t do much for me? This sucks

I bought the set of three supplements from this brand, Choline, Dopamine and Serotonie. Before I experimented with many brands of nootrpics and gave a try to this stack just to test what's available on Amazon. This stuff is abnormally effective. Even I tried before Choline and alpha gpc those seem to be more potent that in some days I feel like one pill is too much. I also noticed I need to make breaks for weekends because the drive those pills gave makes does not let me rest and need doing something nonstop. The alertness the dopamine supplement gives is amazing especially for long driving trips. I made 17hrs drive recently without any sign of sleepiness on only one pill. I hope they are not addictive... I'll buy more before they raise the price. You'll not get anything better in any internet shops dedicated to nootropics. Within 1 hour if taking 2 capsules, I could sense/feel energy in the form of heat rising up within me, not jittery, no ‘hot’, just energy. Really helps. Together, mood is noticeably better, and together (taking them several hours apart daily though), brain fog is nearly eliminated. I rarely write reviews on any products, so this review comes after 22 years of scrutiny. I’m a healthcare professional, managing chronic illness all my life, hopefully this review willl help inform someone’s decision. Yes the cost is a bit higher than others claiming to work similarly, but it’s the Ingres that are clearly different in both products. It’s worth it. Easier to live life with energy and a clear head than it is to save a few bucks for nothing.
