I’ve been really enjoying this grill! It’s super powerful and heats up in no time, which makes cooking so much faster. I love that I can adjust the temperature based on what I’m grilling—whether it’s meat, veggies, or seafood, everything turns out delicious. It’s also very easy to use and clean, so I don’t have to worry about any hassle after cooking. What I like most is that even in winter, I can still enjoy the fun of having a BBQ indoors. This grill has definitely made my cooking experience more enjoyable, and I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and convenient grill.

I recently visited a Korean BBQ place nearby, and ever since, I've wanted to get a grill like the ones they use. Living in a studio flat with no friends and a non-existent social life (hence why I’m wasting my time writing this review) means an outdoor BBQ is out of the question for me. I started searching on Amazon for a similar grill and found a few that cost only £35. However, most of them didn’t have any way to control the heat or a timer. And let’s be honest, I’m no Gordon Ramsay; I need a timer and step-by-step instructions to create anything edible. So, although the price was a bit steep, I decided to buy this one. I managed to get it for £125, and knowing I got it at a discounted price made my Indian ancestors proud. I was so excited when the grill arrived. It was shiny and looked very modern and sleek. I immediately felt like I had a futuristic, sophisticated grill that could transform me into an Indian Ramsay (well, halfway there, at least). It has a preheat function that lets you know when to put the meat on and a timer that automatically turns off the grill. There’s also an easily removable drip tray to collect excess oil, and the grill pan itself is very non-stick and easy to wash. Although it came with some waffle-making attachments, I’ve never used them. The only small gripe I have, apart from the price (which it fully deserves), is the space it takes up. I’ve seen a model by a different brand that doesn’t have most of the features this one does, but it can be stored vertically in the kitchen once you’ve finished cooking. A feature like that would have been extremely helpful. But it is what it is. I just really hope they don’t drop the price below £125, or that would make me a bit sad. Overall, I’d give this grill a solid 10/10.

I purchased grey because was so much cheaper then silver and I didn’t really see any difference. I got it for around £130 and I think it is worth the price. Whether it is grey or silver it doesn’t matter as long as the top is metal and solid and looks really sturdy. You can make lots of dishes with it from panini and sandwiches to steak to waffles and it makes it so easy. I used oven for defrosting bread but not anymore. The only downside is it does take lots of space from your countertop (around 40 cm/ 16 inches) but I didn’t take star off for it because I knew it was the case b4 I bought it. If you think of storing it every time you use it, I don’t think it’s a good idea as it is quite heavy and take space. It is not a small cheap panini maker or a small cheap waffle maker. It is nearly restaurant grade machine that will make your family happy. There is an update. After a few months of using it, the writing came off and so if someone is new to using itch would not know which button to press. Also - the grease got inside and messed the grille a bit but that does not interfere with the function.

Easy to use, easy to clean, the drip tray at the back doesn't do much good unless you put something under the front of the grill so the drips flow back into it

This is quite bulky to keep on a worktop, but easy to pick up & put in a cupboard. Very versatile, easy to change plates for different items. Easy to lie flat to use as a double plate. Very large cooking surfaces. (Including a waffle plate for 4 waffles). Once you get used to operating it, it’s great. Not particularly user friendly if you’re unfamiliar with it. Multiple time and temperature settings enabling a wide variety of different cooking options (for fish, steak, gammon, toasties etc). I use this at least a couple of times a week & so far it’s great!

Perfect for my small kitchen, everything in one device. I love this grill; everything turns out so delicious, it's easy to use, and it looks great. The quality is very good, I recommend it.

Ich habe lange überlegt von welcher Marke ich mir einen Kotaktgrill kaufen soll. Es gibt viel Auswahl aber wohl auch vieles das nichts taugt. Der Optigrill von Tefal soll zwar gut sein, ist aber in mehreren Punkten nicht das was ich wollte und auch zu teuer. Nach vielem Vergleichen kam ich letztlich auf diese Marke wobei ich am Anfang doch sehr kritisch war, da sie mir nicht bekannt war und der Preis auch nicht gerade niedrig ist. Folgende Punkte waren mir wichtig: - nicht fixierte obere Platte damit der Druck gleichmäßig aufliegt und das Grillgut nicht schräg gequetscht wird - einfache Bedienung - mind. 200 Grad Celsius - abnehmbare Grillplatten zur Reinigung - zusätzliche Platten für Waffeln (ich habe kein Platz für 2 Geräte) - schneller Aufheizvorgang Alle Punkte erfüllt dieser Grill. Dann mal zur eigentlichen Bewertung: Der Kontaktgrill macht optisch einen sehr guten Eindruck. Die Verarbeitung ist hochwertig, es sind keine Mängel erkennbar. Die Platten sind leicht raus und rein zu machen, arretieren aber sehr sauber. Die Knöpfe und das Rad sind angenehm zu bedienen. Von der Optik und der Qualität könnte es genauso gut ein Produkt von WMF sein. Die Bedienung ist wirklich einfach und das Gerät heizt sehr schnell auf. Die Beschichtung macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Die Obere Platte ist etwas schwerer wodurch ihre Position relativ gut gehalten wird nachdem sie runter gedrückt wurde. Sie ist stufenlos verstellbar, es gibt leider keine Arretierung, war bei mir bisher aber auch noch nicht notwendig. Der untere Teil ist etwas leichter, was dazu führt dass man diese beim Öffnen unter Umständen etwas nach unten drücken muss da es sich sonst leicht anheben könnte. Stellt für mich persönlich aber kein Makel dar. Die obere Platte wird auf der Außenseite heiß, die Untere bleibt aber auch bei längerem Gebrauch völlig kalt, sie kann also auf jeder Arbeitsfläche platziert werden. Wie sich das verhält wenn es auf 180 Grad geöffnet wird habe ich nicht getestet. Für meinen Geschmack könnte das Stromkabel etwas länger sein. Auch in punkto Preis ist dieser Grill angemessen. Er ist zwar deutlich teurer als ein 50€ Grill, meiner Meinung nach ist der Preis aber gerechtfertigt für die Qualität die man bekommt. Vergleichbare Produkte kosten hier auch gleich bis zu 300€. Alles in allem muss ich sagen, dass der Kauf sich wirklich gelohnt hat. Ich benutze ihn oft und gerne, egal ob für Sandwiches, Burgerpatties oder Belgische Waffeln.

Je cherchais depuis plusieurs années un grill multifonction à prix abordable & je suis entièrement satisfaite. Je fais régulièrement des toast & des gaufres, cela convient parfaitement. De temps en temps cuisson de viande et idem rien à dire. Les plaques se changent facilement, se nettoient aussi bien à la main qu’au lave vaisselle , l’utilisation de l’appareil est simple. Bref , conquise.

Está genial, yo la uso solo para sándwiches no la necesito para lo demás y prefiero cuidarla. Precalienta lo pones se hace perfecto y se limpia muy bien. El tamaño a mi me gusta, sin estrecheces, pesa un poco, pero bien. Tiene buenos acabados, es calidad. Contenta con ella.

+ Platz für 6 Toasts oder 4 große Waffeln gleichzeitig. Endlich muss keiner mehr auf Toasts oder Waffeln warten und wir können gemeinsam frühstücken + Sehr hochwertig verarbeitet, Griff aus massivem Aluminium, Metallflächen, Schalter nicht schwammig, top + Die Grillflächen sehen sehr gut verarbeitet aus, auch die Beschichtung wirkt hochwertig und dick beschichtet. Eher wie Keramik statt dieser hauchdünnen Teflonbeschichtung von manchen Billiggeräten. Es klebt auch NICHTS an. + Die Grillflächen sind umgeben von einer breiten Umrandung, siehe z.B. auch bei den Waffeleisen. Da quillt dann überschüssiger Teig / Flüssigkeit in die zusätzliche Rinne und nicht auf die Tasten wie bei manchen Grill-Fehlgeburten von namhaften Herstellern. Dafür würde ich den Designer am Liebsten persönlich die Hände schütteln. + Der Griller schaltet sich beim anstecken nicht automatisch ein, sondern muss erst mit den Tasten für Obere-/Untere-/Beide Platten aktiviert werden. Dadurch lässt sich der Griller auch über Smarthome-Steckdosen (z.B. Onvis Matter/Thread Steckdose) einschalten und automatisch nach z.B. 30 Minuten wieder ausschalten. Eine Fehlbedienung (unabsichtlich Griller im Smarthome einschalten durch Kinder) kann nicht passieren, weil der Griller dann zwar eingeschaltet ist, aber nicht heizt. + Die Einstellung Temperatur & Zeit ist praktisch. Dadurch sind die Ergebnisse immer gleich und das piepsen am Ende macht aufmerksam wann der Toast oder die Waffel raus muss ohne anzubrennen. + Der Griller lässt sich auch komplett aufklappen. Dann sind die Platten leicht geneigt und überschüssige Bratsäfte laufen von beiden Flächen langsam in die Auffangschale. Super Design. + Die Auffangschale lässt sich fix einschieben, ist also immer dort wo sie sein soll und kann nicht umkippen oder daneben stehen. + Durch 2000 Watt Leistung ist mehr als ausreichend Hitze vorhanden. + Der Griff wird auch nicht heiß, da habe ich schon Toaster erleben müssen wo die Griffe abgeschmolzen sind. Wir sind begeistert von diesem Griller und können diesen sehr Empfehlen. TOP!
