These are really comfortable, and stick really well. I used them for shoes that are a little too big and worked like a dream. My daughter in law used a set in her trainers which were hard and a bit uncomfortable at the back and again, they fit really well.and stopped any rubbing and blisters, she also put the trainers through the wash and the grips stayed put.

They are a good fit, but I have to be careful when putting my shoes on or taking them off because the pads aren’t sticky enough.

Super easy to use, comfortable and allow shoes to last a bit longer. Definitely worth buying

These are ok and do the job however the stickiness doesnt last very long

At 6mm thickness I thought that this heel pad would be more than enough to stop one of my slip-on trainers from slipping up and down when on the move but whilst it has gone some way towards addressing the problem it hasn't fixed it fully. That's not a fault of the pad though which fits and adheres extremely well, with a contoured noduled outer surface finish which ensures excellent grip against my heel (with and without socks). Fixing them in place is straightforward but be sure to align them correctly first as the 3M adhesive grips very firmly and quickly. They can be trimmed to fit different heel sizes which is good to know but not necessary in my particular application. I haven't tried walking for any distance yet, but my first impressions are positive. The pad hasn't stopped the trainer from slipping completely but it has made a difference. Furthermore, it has stayed firmly in place throughout and is extremely comfortable to wear with the cushioned padding providing protection for my heel and hopefully minimising chafing and the risk of blisters.

They are good quality but I found them too thick, so couldn’t use them. Maybe in a different pair of shoes.

These stuck well in the back of the shoe but they have lots of silicone dots all over them which means that if there's any foot slip in the shoe(most people have some up and down movement in the shoe) they act like sandpaper on the back of your heal, wore them for 5 minutes before I had to rip them out. I bought the 4mm and 6mm and they are now in the bin, it would have been easier to put the £12 in the bin and not order these, if they didn't have the silicone balls they would actually be good.

Stuck well to the inside of the shoe heel made them much more comfortable, no more blisters

Lo compré para ajustar el tamaño del zapato a la niña y fue increíble ver como paso de salir y entrar el zapato sel pié a ajustarle perfectamente. Eso sí, es un tamaño muy alto para unas manoletinas de niña, tuve que cortar un poco pero se cortó bien, creo que vienen preparadas para eso

Needed these for a pair of boots. The heels slipped a bit. The cushion and the nonslip grips did the trick!

I bought these to go in the back of a high heel to prevent it slipping off while I walked. Unfortunately, they were too thick for what I needed. However, they seem to be good quality, and the adhesive was strong. I have kept them as I might end up using them in other shoes.

This product has truly saved me from a winter season filled with blisters and misery rather than joy. Being between sizes in footwear, I often find that my shoes are either too tight or too loose.
