Can this be used for indoor oil lamps?

I'm afraid that I was not allowed this product because quote: I don't live on the main land and we only deliver to the main land.... I live between Inverness and Aberdeen and if they had looked on a map they would discover I actually live on the mainland. Sorry I can't help but it is kerosene but you would have to look into that further.
