Hot Feet Swell
Until you slip them into these little beauties! Straight from the freezer onto the feet and the swelling goes down within moments. It takes an hour or so to freeze them but they're soft and pliable on your feet. Brilliant discovery. And if your toes are cold, stick the slippers in the microwave, presto. Warmed slippers for your tootees. It's a boon for those who cannot tolerate several layers of socks.

Perfect addition to the exercise routine
I ordered this one based on what ChatGPT recommended! I have a walking pad at home and my feet feel so hot after 30 min fast walking. Now I wear these slippers for 15 min after a workout to bring my body temperature down. High body temperature for people with hight cortisol symptoms is necessary otherwise the level of cortisol will increase which will result in more fat storage and less burning. The slippers hold their coldness for about 15-20 min and then I feel they have to go back to the freezer, which is ok for me. I wear size 6.5. These are more like 8.5 but it doesn’t bother me as I just relax while wearing these. Overall, very satisfied.

Do you stand for hours because of your job? Do you have tired aching feet that don’t stop pulsating even after your off them? Here’s your solution! Say good bye to sore aching feet! Put these in the freezer for an hour and pop them on your feet and all the aches and pains will be gone! Safety first, always wear socks before putting on the ice packs, also consult with a doctor if you have underlying medical conditions that could make these worse! Don’t leave them in the freezer too long or they will be ice blocks.
