Powerful sprayer
This has been sitting in the closet for well over a year because I couldn’t install it without it leaking. I was using the shower wand attachment to spray diapers because the toilet is next to the tub. The hose on the wand broke so I decided to see if this fit the connection. Sure enough it does. Now I can finally use it. The pressure is much better than the shower wand and I can use hot water.

Leak ossue
Unfortunately, I had issues with this leaking and could not fix. When I reached out they were super helpful and we determined I needed a replacement t-valve since it was leaking from the on/off lever. Received the replacement part within 2 days and installed it, same issue. They were very helpful in giving me tips on how to keep it from doing that, but I still could not get it to stop so decided to return it. Leaving 4 stars because the responses I got were so quick and very helpful, but it just did not end up working out.

Truly impressed, works awesome, easy install!
The media could not be loaded. I had to leave a review and show this sprayer in action through a video. I am truly impressed with this sprayer. I first purchased a cheap, plastic cloth diaper sprayer and it broke and started leaking within a couple of weeks.This cloth diaper sprayer is a MUST HAVE, especially for this price!This sprayer is beautifully designed and is well made with high quality materials. I did not know what to expect when I first purchased this sprayer. It is solid metal as much as I can tell and is not just painted plastic. It also has some good weight to it.I was extremely proud of myself. I was able to install it on my own! I like DIY projects and love doing things around the house so this install was a piece of cake for me! The install took 15 minutes and I took a video to show how easy it really was. Some tips for installation is before you install make sure you check the supply line on your toilet. Our toilet actually had a rigid supply line. You can see the video for more details. I had my husband run out to buy a flexible house (around $5) before installing the sprayer. The directions give you lots of details and pictures that were very helpful in installing the sprayer. The sprayer set even comes with plumbers tape. We wrapped the metal connections with plumber’s tape (you can see in the video) just to make sure there was no leaking. We installed it on the first try with no leaking! The hose is the perfect length…it was long enough but not too long.The brushed stainless steel finish is beautiful. Actually, the ENTIRE set is finished with the brushed stainless steel look – I mean every single piece - which I haven’t seen in any other cloth diaper sprayer products.I have recommended this sprayer to all my cloth diapering friends and family. It has an extremely sturdy construction and for almost the same price as other sprayers except it is not painted plastic!The customer service is top notch. Daniel answered a question I had about our rigid line and he went above and beyond.I definitely highly recommend this sprayer. 5/5 stars without a doubt!**UPDATE** 2/2/18I have had my sprayer for more than two months now and it makes life so much easier! I don’t know what I did without one. There is no leaking and the strong pressure is the best part. I also love the sleek look of it my bathroom! This is the BEST sprayer!

Imported, need to turn off, at toilet, after each use
It looks to me like this identical sprayer can be bought from many companies, right down to the cheap Teflon tape. When I wrote this review there were six offers from $23-39 just on the first page of search results for "diaper sprayer." I asked the company about this and they were somewhat cagey. This is the only product HeepWah Baby sells. It looks to me like they bought some imported diaper sprayers, put a Native American name on it, made a website with a couple articles on cloth diapers, and paid for a sponsored listing.Whatever, that's fine.The sprayer works reasonably well, though they recommend you turn it off at the valve after every use. I asked the the company about it and they said it was just out of an abundance of caution, but some of the warnings on the other sites selling this were dire, saying that they were not liable for any water damage. That says to me that the components will fail eventually if left under pressure. Bummer.It's inconvenient to bend down and turn it off every time. I wish I'd known that before we bought it.It looks nice, and seems to have enough water pressure. The install was simple.

Not built to last
I’ve loved this. Had it for a year. But it flooded my bathroom last night. The connection between the hose and the toilet is starting to ware and it leaked all night long!Edit:I was asked to edit my review as they sent me a replacement hose. Which is totally awesome. Great customer service. I was just spraying a diaper thinking about how I needed to come back and edit my review. Then all of a sudden the hose broke again and sprayed me, my bathroom and my daughter.I’m disappointed in the quality. There is no reason this should happening. And the fact that it happened this much sooner leads me to believe their quality is only going down hill. The last time is happened it happened at the connection. This time at the nozzle.
