Good products good for temporary sleep

Found these tablets had a horrible after taste. Also did nothing to improve my sleep. Easy to take but didn't help me stay asleep any longer than without them.

I tried these for 3 days. I usually sleep from 6am till 8am but recently have been sleeping till 4pm so really needed to sort my life out. The first night I took 1, I fell asleep at 10 and woke up at 2, i was happy to get to bed at a normal time but it didn’t help too much. The second night I took 2 and felt like I was on X or something. I fell asleep at 10 but my bf came to bed and said I asked him to check my pulse, I don’t remember This but I do remember waking up at 6am and feeling sick and dizzy- it was like when you’re drunk and lay down and the room starts spinning. It felt like my heart was racing and my eyes were shifting. It wore off around 2 hours after I woke up but I was happy to have had a decent nights sleep. The third night I only took 1 again and woke up at 4am but had no side effects. I recommend these but just be careful and only use 2 if you’re having really bad sleep problems but probably just speak to your doctor. Also they taste like apple cider vinegar which no one told me and they stink. Keep water by your bed bc they also may make you very thirsty when you wake up. I think the price is good compared to other stores and they are easy to swallow but the taste or vinegar does linger.

Ideal product for the times that you cannot get to sleep, these herbal tablets work extremely well

So, I have problems sleeping for a number of years. I can get to sleep ok but always wide awake at 4.30am, however long I have been in bed for. I take hayfever tablets every other day 3x per week and that knocks me out but makes me drowsy for a few hours in the morning - I don't get hayfever; I just use them because they knock me out and I can get 6 or 7 hours sleep. I can only take them every other day as after a couple of days my body gets used to them and do doesn't work. After seeing the reviews for Nytol, I thought I would give them a try and hopefully, will then get a good night's sleep every night and without feeling drowsy in the morning. The first night I took 1 tablet 30mins before bed. I was tired anyway. Went to bed and stayed awake all night. Didn't get a minute's sleep! I don't take caffeine after midday because of the sleep problem and this is what happens. I managed to get to work ok and I know some reviews said it could take a few days to work. So, took another tablet the next night about 4 hours before I went to bed. I managed 2 hours sleep that night. The next night I took another tablet also 4 hours before bed and didn't sleep a wink again. Night 4 after getting 2 hours sleep in 3 days, I put them in the bin and took my hayfever tablet again and slept for 7 hours. Didn't work for me as you can see and so a waste of money.

Nytol is a very effective product and very gentle. I recommend it.
