Was a little apprehensive after reading some reviews as didn’t want the rug to be too bright. I appreciate that they are all unique and fortunately mine was what I hoped it would be. Slightly darker than described but not too dark. Just need to work out how to remove the creases as instructions state do not wash. Very pleased, great value and speedy secure delivery.

It's a nice rug but much darker than expected. I decided to keep it because this time of the year lighter colour would get dirty anyway, and that's why I think it works.

I got the biggest one for our tent and its beat my expectations. Its thick and weighty enough to sit flat so it is a rug, not a blanket, but it is also light enough and folds well that we can take it with us. It's not too stiff we can't fold it and have to roll it. It feels very sturdy and durable and actually very soft to the touch! Feels well made and looks cool. A great price (£35) for such a large rug. I wouldn't have wanted to pay more for a carpet to use in my tent a few times a year. It's a luxury and I can't wait to use it!

The rug arrived even better than described. It looks beautiful in our front room and it is clearly superior quality. I would love to buy more but unfortunately will not: The courier HOMESCAPES use, Yodel, are just abysmal. Really terrible. I paid £9.99 for Express Delivery (1-2 days) however after five days of inconveniently having to make sure somebody was home, and countless complaints made on Yodel's live chat customer support website, I had to drive 12 miles to collect the rug that I paid to be delivered. Once there it was clear the entire operation was a shambles as the Yodel staff were incompetent at best and just plain rude at worst. It also took them an inordinate amount of time to locate my item. When I asked why it had been sat in their depot for five days they informed me it was with a 'self-employed' courier who had it at his personal address all weekend without bothering to attempt to deliver it and he dropped it back to the depot this morning. In all very unapologetic and the entire experience was a very sorry one. The rug is beautiful, hence the 5 stars, but HOMESCAPES really need to stop using Yodel as a courier. Because I had five days to wait I did a little online research about Yodel. It is not good. They are widely recognised as nothing short of disastrous. Be warned though...you could easily get through the Encyclopedia Britannica before you could finish reading about Yodel!

Good value for the money

This rug was great, good quality and beautiful colours, but I can’t use it for where I intended it to go as it’s not machine washable. It’s so thick that it gets very heavy when wet and my standard Samsung washing machine just couldn’t cope.

La alfombra llegó 5 días antés de la fecha estimada y estamos supercontentos con ella! Es muy suave y cómoda bajo los pies, y los colores dan mucha alegría en la casa. La calidad parece bastante buena y no se ve la suciedad tan fácil como en las alfombras de sólo un color.
