Yes, and no. First of all it's not just the paper, normal ink will run, so get some sort of variation of the "Fisher space pen". It doesn't have to be that brand of actual pen as they also do a stand alone cartridge. Actually, thinking about it, Rite in the rain do one of their own, search for "Rite in the rain pen" and you'll find a few variations. For short term use these should be fine, but if I remember right they do have a disclaimer saying the paper will degrade over time in constant wet, but otherwise you should be fine.
