Q: Does it work with oat or almond milk?

YES! I drink oat milk almost exclusively so I can only vouch that oat milk works. You can use a variety of liquids in this frother along with creating things like hot chocolate, whipped cream, vanilla milk, etc. I’d give almond milk a try - if able you can mix with a tiny bit of half and half for extra loft in your froth (only if dairy isn’t a problem of course).

Not sure. Mine works fine. Make sure the spring coil is in place. If you are using half and half, try a milk with a lower fat content.
