When I plug it in, there’s no light that says it’s charging. Is there supposed to be?

Look at the light under the display. 1.When in use, the red light flashes indicating no power 2.When charging, red light is displayed 3.Fully charged, green light is displayed (The charging time is about 3 hours after it is completely out of power)

Is there a difference in strength between fully charged and insufficiently charged?

When fully charged, the Velcro sticks tightly, and the strength is adjusted to the highest level: 3rd gear. This time is the most powerful time. (The strength will vary according to the power, the tightness of the Velcro, and the gear.)
