I don’t have a single clue what this is
So I used my ChatGPT AI robot to give me suggestion on things I can take to improve my sleep. This was on the list. I’m sure the energy required for that prompt used enough energy and water to power a 1980’s vet clinic, but that’s just the world we live in today. So, a couple of weeks after daily supplementing with this I noticed that my sleep has been good. Any better than before? Who knows. Will I keep taking it? Yes. Do I know if it’s making a difference? No. Am I ignorant of the world’s problems? Not any more or less than my neighbor, Sally, who loves to dance at 2AM on the floor above you.

Relaxing before bed
I take this every night along with magnesium glycinate. It’s relaxing but doesn’t knock me out or keep me asleep until Morning. Good otherwise

I take this for mitochondrial dysfunction. It's one of three brands you can find on Amazon that my doctor trusts, and none of his patients have ever had problems with them. It seems to work well for me.

Restful Sleep
I use it every night with Magnesium Glycinate and get 5-6 hours of restful sleep. It’s a must buy to calm your brain while Magnesium Glycinate does its magic

Made me angry, short tempered the next day or two after taking this. Did not help with sleep whatsoever. I’m not ordering nutricost products again. Low quality and giant quantities, so much waste
