Beautiful but received a damaged one

Beautiful Glass and spouts are pretty good quality. It makes my counter look glassy and big enough that i dont have to refill often. Only issue was I noticed theres a Hugh chunk of glass missing on the base and is very sharp. Only option is to refund but I wish to only get a replacement for the damaged one. Hoping the vendor can reach out!!

海外発送？にしては凄く安く、1回目注文した時は500のシルバーで、写真通りの細め瓶で届きとても良かったです。細いタイプはあまり見ないので、これで揃えようと2回目同じ物を注文したら、太い瓶でゴールドで届きました。交換をお願いしましたが、返品は手間とかなりのコストがかかるようで、返金対応をしていただき、対応は素早くとても良かったのですが、再び注文したらシルバーにはなったものの金具が1個は壊れていて、瓶は太いまま…もう一度返金を頼むのも気が引け、こちらは諦めました。散々他を探したところ、TEMUで同じ品を見つけ、結果揃える事ができたので良かったですが、もったいない事をした気分で残念です。
