Best m12 batteries I've found so far and this set is a great deal.
I bought one of these from a local ace 'on sale' for $99 and was super stoked. Then I saw this pack for $130 two days later and I had to try and see if they were legit. I've had one on my impact driver I use daily literally 6-7 days a week now for a couple weeks and it's still full bars. Has all the power. And if they are clones they are the best done clones I've ever seen the packaging, the manual, the case all of it is identical to the real one I got at Ace. So I don't know I guess all that's left to do is open one and check the cells. I guess if they start acting weird in any way I will do that. As of right now they're worth $130 imo.

Work great, seem authentic
These batteries are great! I’ve been trying to use a couple of the basic CP2.0 (2AH, non-High Output) batteries for tools like my M12 die grinder and they just get hot. These 5AH High Output batteries are a much needed improvement. I can run my tools harder, I can run them longer, they don’t get hot as easily. As far as I can tell, these seem authentic. They look and feel right. They charge and discharge perfectly. They fit in my tools. I’d definitely buy more.
