The costumer service didn’t care and will not give my money back for their faulty product .
Do not by from this seller at any cost . I tried to resolve this through them but they were dismissive and not helpful at all The door sealer lasted about a month then big chunks came out of washing machine and leaking everywhere. He tried to say that it was my fault and that I will not get refund. Not happy at all .

My seal gone broken really close to Christmas. Finding the correct part was easy as it had my washing machine serial number in the description. I have ordered it hoping it will arrive on the 24th rather than 27th, but it came on the 20th. Really quick dispatch, really quick delivery. Seal was not identical to the original one, but it was easy to fit. I have done it myself, and had no issues. The seal fits perfectly and works as good as the original was before it got damaged. Really happy, my Christmas was saved from the mountains of laundry!
