I have bought countless mops and this is the best in terms of ease of use, price and effectiveness. We have just laminated our whole upstairs so I needed a bucket that would wring out the water sufficiently and this does the job. The mop itself is lightweight and easy to change or put in the washing machine.

Brilliant kit, easy to put the mop together and especially like the additional scrubbing bits. Brought to replace a twist and go mop, which was more than useless!! This is simple and does the job perfectly..no more wet puddles left on the floor, the spin bit wrings it out great... clean dry floor in 10 mins. Good value for both and sturdy!

I'm disabled and in a wheelchair so as I find it difficult to use steam cleaners so I have to use a mop and bucket. This bucket is smaller than my last one which I prefer. First of all that means it's lighter to begin with so once I've filled it with enough hot water I find it's still light enough for me to easily put it back down on the floor. The handle is very secure compared to my last bucket, it used to pop out of it's hole on the bucket so that's the reason I bought a new one. The wringer in the bucket is much better than the older ones, because it's smaller and the rungs in it are closer together, it makes it easier to wring the water out of the mop. The pole of the mop just screws together and is very sturdy. The mop head on my old pole had a button that released the mop head but this one doesn't. It's slightly more difficult to get the mop head to click onto pole, and because there's no button to release the mop you have to pull it all. It takes a lot of effort to get it off. I can't do it myself and able bodied people have even found it difficult. But once it's off, it can be put in the washing machine and it comes out as good as new. Even though I have difficulties with the mop, I've been using Vileda for over 30 years and although I've tried different brands I've found Vileda is the best.

I have bought Vileda mops for years and usually use the telescopic version for easy storage - however, the telescopic feature tends to rust over use and mine have always ended up unable to close down. So decided to buy this version, the mop handle is shorter and thinner than the telescopic version which makes it smaller and already easier to store. The bucket is a good size 10L without being bulky, the wringer does do what it says on the box - helps grab the mop to wring out more water and so far very happy with my purchase. The wringer feels a bit 'flimsy' so I wonder how it will hold up over time/use, I'll add more in a month or so to update if its still holding up or broken. Excellent price for a great mop.The listing shows the mop bucket set in a Vileda box but mine arrived without this, I'm not bothered but if buying say as a moving in present then don't expect the Vileda packaging. Quick note to Vileda, I'd love a slim line bucket, it would be even easier to store.

Compared to my last vileda mop which lasted years but finally broke this new mop doesn't put enough water on the floor I suppose you have to get used to lightly wringing it out. Vileda has done away with the handy retainer which held the mop in the bucket I can't imagine why so now the mop falls over in the bucket and has to be rested up against a wall !! The wringer in the bucket is a bit small for the XL mop head that comes with it. It's to early to tell whether the 3 part handle lives up to the job time will tell as for previous reviews on handle length I'm 6ft and its ok
