Lavazza Espresso Maestro Classico Aluminum Capsules Compatible with Nespresso* Original Machines, Medium Espresso Roast, 100% Arabica (60 Capsules)

We've had these capsules on subscribe-and-save from Amazon for over a year, and I really like these Lavazza capsules. The intensity rating on the box helps you identify and balance what you like in your coffee. While the 9 / 13 rating was labeled as medium roast, it's probably closer to a dark roast, with a very rich flavor. They consistently make a great cup of coffee, with great aroma and a rich crema on top of the coffee, every time. We found these are often much cheaper than some of the other brands of compatible pods, and this multipack is always cheaper than what I see these for in the grocery store. So, based on cost, ease of use, consistency in flavor, and the ease of a subscribe-and-save delivery that makes sure I never run out of coffee, I highly recommend these capsules.

A good alternative for the nespresso pods. Just wait for the price to go on sale. I find the espresso to be smooth and no sour taste.

I don't know what is wrong with these capsules. This is the first time I thought this brand and I'm really disappointed. It says it's a Nespresso compatible. that's the machine that I use. When I try to use them, they just don't work properly first water just comes out and then you get the lightest espresso and then after I put in the next one, I end up with a tray of used capsules and a bunch of dark, dirty espresso in the tray.

Pretty darn good. Nice creams and rich flavor.

Delicious coffee. Love it

Very good coffee, but serious problem with capsules bending and crinkling and preventing coffee from flow smoothly from machine into cup. A real problem!! Seems to be low quality metal, would definitely check into this!!!
