how thick is the pvc?

medium thickness. About what I expected.

Does this game need to be plugged in to work or do you just inflate in once?

You can inflate it once. It does not need to stay plugged in. Thanks for your question.

I received this as a gift but it only came with 3 balls. I cannot find replacement balls on Amazon so wondering if anyone knows where to get them?

Thank you for your question. Please contact the manufacturer from the order history page.
