It is not very big. It is approximately 4" x 6" x 2.5" I don't have it with me so this is just an approximation.

How many cycles are expected out of one full charge?

I use mine on a stand-up paddle board (SUP) or a 12' rowboat and I have used it for 4-5 hours for 3 days before a charge. I have had no issues except I sometimes have to re-seat the battery in the holder to get it going again.

Does this come with the remote to control going up and down

This is just a power pak , you should already have the anchor and controller.
