Mine arrived without the promised shoulder strap. I don’t want to return this. Please provide me with the shoulder strap that should have been with it

I didn’t receive my shoulder strap either. Thankfully I had an older purse that just happened to match the color of my new one and was able to use that.

It’s not Michael Kor but I don’t think it professes to be. If that’s what you mean by real or fake.

What does the inside look like? Sections Pockects??

There is a pocket inside on top and then there’s one on the other side I use it for chapstick and small stuff like that
