Excellent Product with Outstanding Seller Support
This is one of the best products I have used for karaoke singing. The voice quality is excellent, and the setup process is very easy and user-friendly. I am really happy with the overall performance. However, after a few days of use, the receiver stopped charging. Since the issue occurred after the 7-day Amazon return/replacement window, Amazon Support directed me to contact the seller directly. I would especially like to appreciate Mr. Bipin for his outstanding support. He carefully reviewed the videos I shared regarding the issue and promptly arranged a replacement unit. The new product is working perfectly now. Thank you, Mr. Bipin, for the quick and professional resolution. Great product and excellent customer support!

This looks,feels and sounds professional grade
I love everything about this set. It's much more convenient than using a wired microphone and the battery life is impressive. The setup process is effortless and straightforward. Previously, I had to replace my microphone twice a year due to damaged cords, so it's such a relief to not have to deal with the inconvenience of cords anymore! The entire set is of excellent quality. I wouldn't hesitate to repurchase this product, and I'd recommend it to my loved ones without hesitation if they were in the market for one.

Not as it looks
So, I purchased this mic comparing all the products in the market. I would want to list down my review 1) The first appearance was really good, specially the metal body. 2) The sound quality is really not so good. I have a D-350 dual Wirless Mic which is like 4K in price but the sound quality is way better. 3) I bought this mic considering as an upgrade but really disappointed. The range of the mic doesn't catch more than 25-30m in open environment. Also, not able to return the mic

Great Product
Build quality and looks are great. Easy to use with auto connection between mic and receiver. Great sound output. I am using it with PartyBox and karaoke experience is too good

Audio Array for vocal
After using this audio array AM-W12 found that clarity of its voice is so good beyond imagine price also less in this range u never get such quality of sound in addition its voice is tremendous potential after using in open space

Happy to Karaoke !
Product delivered quickly, however, the warranty replacement due to faulty receiver, took considerable time primarily due to inefficient shipping service. Mr Bipin, the retail tech executive, took special interest and ensured the product was replaced soonest possible. Good job Bipin. I recommend changing your delivery partner from Amazon Transportation to someone more reliable.
