Good monk family nutrition mix is full of nutrition, vitamins and probiotics. It has vit A, C,D,zinc and iron which are very good for immunity health. It has no added sugar, salt, fat and preservatives. One pack has 30 sachets and 1 sachet can be added in prepared food for one time. No change in taste. Completely healthy and easy to digest. The packaging says "No added preservative". The ingredients say INS 551. Technically, INS 551 is not a preservative. It is an anti-caking agent. Its official chemical name is Silicon Dioxide (often referred to as silica). While preservatives are used to prevent food from spoiling due to bacteria, mold, or yeast, INS 551 is used to prevent physical changes in the food—specifically, it stops powdered ingredients from sticking together. I don't know if it's possible, try not to add anti-caking agent.

The powder had some black spots in it when I opened it. I reached out to their supposed customer service on Whatsapp where I was greet by an automatic agent that did not solve my problem, I could not even reach their customer service.
