How do you sterilise them? I can see someone said they melt in steriliser

They wernt bought by me but they look like testing rings for a baby.usr the bottle steriliser called Milton its used to steriliser babys bottle but I used to put them either in with a micro wave one or use Milton to clean them.or just use salt crystals with boiled water.
