Worked fast and gave my dog immediate relief
My Shih Tzu is part of the family, so seeing him constantly scratching and feeling uncomfortable really worried me. After spending some time outdoors, he picked up fleas and started scratching so much that his skin became irritated. A friend recommended K9 Advantix II, and I'm so glad I tried it. I noticed a difference the very same day. He stopped scratching, the fleas were gone, and he was finally comfortable again. It's been about a month since I applied it, and even after a couple of baths, he hasn't had any flea problems. The price may seem a little high, but when it comes to your pet's comfort and health, it's absolutely worth it. For reference, my dog is a Shih Tzu weighing around 9–10 pounds, and this product worked exactly as I hoped. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for fast and effective flea protection.

Absolutely a great value for your money! I started using Advantix and I will stick to using Advantix
I have always used Advantix K92 for my little guy and as always it pulls through! Even if I didn't order it from Amazon or should I say on Amazon? In a pinch I will buy one from Family Dollar that is only $15 but it's still Advantix love this brand! I mean applying the Advantix is easy! I never see him get itchy or irritated skin which is awesome it stays where you drip it, no scent as far as I know or can sense smell whatever? He doesn't scratch a lot and that's awesome because nobody wants to see their little furry baby scratching all the time. And I have to say $19.99 is a great value for what you are getting! It even kills the larvae, eggs, ticks, and so much more. I grabbed this one in a pinch and next month I will purchase the 60 day or 90 day supply Advantix is one of the best out there!

5 pound chihuahua, upper illinois. great product!!
I mainly bought this because of other reviews as well as researching what is in this product. I have a short haired Chihuahua, 5.6 pounds and live in upper Illinois. I tried frontline plus, it didn't seem to work. Hartz over the counter , I never tried but heard some awful things about. Sergeants over the counter is a good product just slightly smelly for a 5 pound dog. I do however use their flea and tick shampoo on my other 3 larger dogs and works great. But nothing seems to work just right for my Chihuahua. I had numerous ticks on him and even some latched. I had to have Lyme disease test because a Female deer tick bit him. So I decided to try this product. Upon arrival, I was excited. I opened the package, and the box that has the applicators in it, was completely open. That made me very skeptical. I was nervous. Like why was it open? Was is because the box looked real but to replace with a fake product? So I looked up the epa #, as well as making sure the epa reg.# matched the applicators. Sure enough it did. The product checked out and wasn't counterfeit. So I decided to use it. I applied it as said. Problem was that it said to not put it in one spot but it all came out in one area. Well anyways this morning my mother walked my dog around the block while I fixed her flat tire. I didn't think anything of it to check him because the product is suppose to ward them off. Well I was petting his lower back and sure enough a tick latched. But it wasn't engorged like the last one while I used frontline. Well I removed the tick and put him in my bug jar. I keep the ticks in case my dog seems to have any issues. Well the tick turned out to be a full size male dog tick. I put him in the jar and noticed he was walking funny. Sure enough two hours later, he died!! This product worked. Unfortunately it didn't stop the tick from latching but it made the tick ingest the poison! Amazing!

Original is Best
This product worked, but the added medication for flea eggs caused a problem. My little dog was jumping out of her skin for 2 days. It caused uncontrollable itching both times I used it. I switched to the original K9 Advantix and voila… no problems! Sometimes the original doesn’t need messing with.

K-9 II advantage small Dog drops
My little girl is back to her normal self. Free of fleas and ticks, we live on a very large wooded lot and she will get fleas every year. This product delivers a big punch treating her entire body. The price is not bad at all and beats the Vet cost and those terrible chewable that does more harm, than good for my dogs. I recommend this product 💯

This gives my dog Seizures!
This gave my Pomsky (Pomeranian/Husky) seizures, so be VERY careful of giving this product as not all dogs react well. Last summer my dog had issues like vomiting, small weird twitching things I thought might be small seizures so I took her to several different vets and they couldn't figure out the cause. It calmed down over winter and she was doing great UNTIL I gave her the first dose of flea medicine for the year. She is typically with me all day but I left the room for a few minutes and when I came back I found her excessively drooling, along with several piles of vomit and pee on the floor. I took her to the Urgent Care Vet and they couldn't figure out the cause (now I know she had a seizure). She was doing great again UNTIL I gave her the next dose of this flea medicine and the next day was the first time I saw my dog have a full blown seizure and yet again she was drooling excessively, vomited, peed on the floor, and couldn't walk straight. I took her to the vet again and she thought she might have epilepsy. I remembered the prior summer and then discussed with her how she was having some issues last year like vomiting and some weird body movement and what I thought might be very small seizures. BUT that they stopped over winter after I stopped giving her the flea medicine and started up worse this year the day after I started the medicine. The Vet looked up the medicine and video I shared with her of my dog having a seizure and said that the Advantix Flea medicine does have an ingredient that can cause seizures and the other symptoms she was displaying and agreed it very well could be the medicine. She ended up having 1 more seizure 2 weeks after the 2nd flea treatment as the medicine stays in their system for at least 30-days. She has been good since and that was several months ago. I will no longer be giving her flea medicine like this as it is not worth it due to the very serious side effects. So be aware that this medicine can cause serious side effects.

Excellent product and it works well
I have used this product for years and it works extremely well and I think it’s very safe for my 9 pound sweet Pomeranian. The price is decent also and I love that I can order it from Amazon and not have to go to the vet to get this for my dog.

Disappointed.
Very disappointed, I’ve been buying this for quite some time, just don’t seem to work on my dog’s anymore. For the price I was very disappointed in the product.
