Very little glucose spike

I barely got a glucose spike after eating upto120grams of cooked rice. I wear a CGM Patch to monitor my glucose after eating and the spike was much less than the spike from 1 multi millet flour roti. Ofcourse I cooked it in an open pan and drained the balance water. Not cooked in pressure cooker..

Guys I am medical practitioner and I knw rice is a strict no in diabetes as it spikes your blood sugar levels. Good news is this product is a great alternative to the traditional rice. Better around 70 80 %. Taste similar and easy to cook. Value for money. Give it a try.
