Ended up using these on a Razor mx650 build, I bought some MTB hydraulic brakes and the kit came with the wrong bolt pattern rotors, these rotors were the correct bolt pattern for stock Razor Wheels and work well with my hydraulic brake kit!

Bolt Circle Diameter Not Standard
Not sure what this rotor is supposed to fit, but the bolt circle did not match up to a Shimano XT hub, which is pretty much the gold-standard for hub quality. I just wanted an inexpensive rotor for an extra bike I keep around for visitors, and I incorrectly assumed this would work. The quality looked fine for under $10, so if you know this will work for you, no reason not to buy it. Just be aware it won't fit a standard six-bolt bicycle hub.
