hey i own fx3 shaver just for me every 2 days for shaving my head when do i have to change the foils and blades how many months do they last?

This is a very subjective question - however, most change the foils between 3 - 4 months.

Why are the pictures on the reviews showing the FX# trimmer instead of the shaver? Something get mixed up?

The ratings and reviews show all products that may be grouped together (that is how Amazon works)

Does this have universal voltage?

The FX3 line is dual voltage. The adapters are rated 100 to 240Vac.
