Poor customer care service
Product is not working before warranty get expired. I had sent email on company customer care but I didn't get any technician to get repair this kettle. So worst experience in this product. There is zero star from me but you dont have given such option to us hence given 1 star.

“Good Kettle, Disappointing Hot & Cold Bottle Quality” ⭐⭐⭐
I purchased the Pigeon Electric Kettle along with the hot & cold water bottle. The kettle works well and heats water efficiently, so no issues on that part. However, the bottle does not handle hot water properly. When hot water is poured into it, the outer body becomes very hot, making it difficult and unsafe to hold. The bottle quality does not seem suitable for hot water as claimed. Overall, the kettle is okay, but the bottle needs improvement.
